Question: Does my ticket purchase enter me in to win all of the drawings?
Answer: No, each drawing is its own.
Question: Why do you charge a mail and processing fee?
Answer: Our drawing has grown so large that we spent a lot of money on mail, paper, and labor to stuff envelopes. We added the $1.95 fee to help offset those costs so we can use that money towards our Cause.
Question: I purchased tickets for 2 or 3 cars, but only received a confirmation for one.
Answer: Whether you chose to receive your ticket numbers by email or mail, your ticket numbers will come in two separate envelopes or two separate emails. Depending when your order was processed, they may arrive a day or two apart from each other.
Question: I have not received my ticket numbers yet. How long does it take?
Answer: Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your ticket numbers by mail or 1-2 weeks by email. If it has been longer than those two time frames, please contact us at 559.447.6300 and we will verify we received your order and will resend your ticket numbers via mail/email. If you chose to receive your orders by email, please check your spam and junk folders.
Question: I did not receive my tickets, I just received a sheet with my ticket number range.
Answer: That is our new way of sending your tickets. In an effort to keep our costs lower and to not use so much paper, we are now sending a single sheet with your ticket range. In the event that you are the winner, we will never ask to see an individual ticket with the winning number. You only have to prove your identity. We have your information and know all of your ticket numbers.
Question: How do I purchase tickets if I do not want to give my credit card number over the phone or buy online?
Answer: Select the TICKETS tab at the top. Download the order form. Print it, fill it out, and send it with payment to the address provided. If you have purchased tickets within the last 4 years, we will also send you an order form in the mail 4 times a year.
